El regalo mas grande que me pudo haber dado la vida fue el 12 de mayo del 2006, claro que podría parecer una trillado y hasta cierto punto obvio, pero aunque todos los padres aman a sus hijos y son felices, la mayoría de los padres sufren al saber que sus hijos están lejos, sufren por no saber si podrán enfrentar desafíos, sufren porque quieren demostrar que han sido buenos padres a través de los hijos, sufren porque no saben si sus hijos estarán para ellos y yo mi querida hija, eso no se parece nada a mi vida, yo sé que no debo de sufrir cuando estás lejos porque tu encuentras todo el amor en ti, en la naturaleza, en los animalitos, en las personas, amas tanto a las personas y ellas te aman de manera recíproca, no sufriré por no saber si puedes con esta vida, porque la vida se trata de enfrentar desafíos, de caerse, de levantarse, de reír, de llorar, de ganar y muchas veces de perder, pero el mundo está dormido y no lo sabe, tu naciste sabiéndolo pero al mismo tiempo con ese espíritu de una niña perpetua, tampoco sufro por demostrar que fui una buena madre, porque desde hace mucho supe que eras mucho mas grande que yo, que tu espíritu por alguna razón había llegado a mi lado pero siempre fuiste destinada a ser luz, así que hagas lo que hagas en esta vida siempre serás esa luz y por último yo no tengo miedo de que tu vueles tan alto que te alejes porque yo buscaré la manera de alcanzar esas poderosas alas para estar contigo y aunque tuviéramos vidas muy alejadas, siempre estaré en paz de saber que una persona como tú existe en este mundo y existe en mi hija, Te amo ¡Feliz cumpleaños! :)

Usually, I would have written a poem, but it's hard to describe everything in a poem. So I am using prose, having hope that I can at least make a small part of all the ideas and feelings I have clear (even though I don't think I'll succeed.) Also, poetry is for hopeless dreamers, but we are realists, aren't we?

Hope

like the key to paradise

if you own it

you're saved

But we enter paradise

in our dreams

and when we die.

I made sure to understand this clearly. I tied it to my heart and my mind, for if any of them failed to remember the other will remind this body. But you have proven to me that heavens can come to earth, that pessimism is not the ideal state, and that hope is not a treason. That the key can open the doors in our life without a lot of burdens.

Since I have met you, a radical change has happened to me. I gave up on my past state. I have come to be more cheerful and optimistic about life. I have come to rethink love as a sweet thing.

Today, you are the flower moon. For you the flowers have risen and adorned the earth with beauty and sweet fragrance. For you today Selena has stranded herself away in her orbit, for your shine has covered her. Today, I am reminded of your light and the darkness blinding me before we met. They are all I need to remember you. Today I am reminded of your love adorning my days with cherish and joy.

Despite all the challenges we may face, I wish we always stay together, forever in tranquility and joy. And wish we have all our adventures together. Always there by your side and showing you all the love I am capable of.
